venue staff with a duty to respond to a pool emergency: receptionists & front-of-house, spa hosts, chefs, waiting/bar staff, housekeeping & maintenance, duty managers, gym staff. Not a replacement for the NPLQ.

What the course covers

Over two days: Section One — the Emergency Rescuer's role (pool safety operating procedures); Section Two — responding to an emergency (emergency action plan); Section Three — CPR, first aid and AED.
